  • 2-3 Village Farms Lorabella Blossom® Tomatoes
  • Sourdough bread
  • Apple butter
  • Arugula
  • 1 poached egg
  • Crumbled bacon
  • Freshly cracked pepper
Instructions
  1. Arrange arugula on sourdough toast
  2. Heat a skillet and poach one egg
  3. Place poached egg on arugula
  4. Slice tomatoes and place on arugula
  5. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon
  6. Grind pepper over toast to taste
