Ingredients
- Village Farms Cabernet Estate Reserve® Tomatoes
- Whole grain bread
- Smashed burrata
- Fresh basil
- Balsamic reduction
- Freshly cracked pepper
Instructions
- Spread smashed burrata on whole grain toast
- Slice tomatoes and place on toast
- Top with fresh basil
- Drizze with balsamic reduction
- Grind pepper over toast to taste
