Ingredients
- Village Farms Cabernet Estate Reserve® Tomatoes
- Village Farms Luscious Seedless® Long English Cucumber
- Hearty seed bread
- ½ an avocado, smashed
- 2 tbsp. feta cheese
- 2-3 Kalamata olives
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Spread smashed avocado on hearty seed bread toast
- Slice tomatoes and place on toast
- Top with feta cheese, cucumber and olives
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes to taste
