herb dressing

Yields: 2 Cups Approx. prep time: 10 min
- 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- ½ cup Fresh mint
- ½ cup Fresh basil
- ¼ cup Fresh oregano
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Sea salt
- Purée herbs and oil in food processor.
- Add vinegar, salt, and pepper to finish.
- Reserve. Keep refrigerated when not in use.
