roast chicken
- 1 Ea (1 Ea) – Chicken, 3–4 lb, cut into halves
- ¼ Cup (58 G) – Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tsp (3 G) – Smoked paprika
- ¼ Tsp (.5 G) – Celery salt
- ½ Tsp (1 G) – Black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Dry bird thoroughly with paper towel.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then rub with smoked paprika, celery salt and pepper.
- Roast in oven for 25–30 minutes, or until core temperature hits 160°F.
- Remove, rest 5 minutes, place over Campari & kale salad.
